Public Offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by Vitalina Khristoradova, a self-employed individual (Russian tax ID / INN 650100528480) (the “Contractor”), and sets out the terms on which consulting and educational services (the “Services”) are provided.

The offer is accepted by paying for the Services or by submitting a request through the form on the Site followed by agreeing the terms.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor provides the Client with Services in the scope and on the terms agreed by the parties: career consultations, individual career development programmes and coaching sessions.

3. Price and payment

The price of the Services is determined by the information on the Site or by agreement between the parties. Payment is made as 100% prepayment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Provision of services

The timing, format (online or offline) and content of the Services are agreed by the parties before the Services begin. The free diagnostic session is provided free of charge and does not oblige the Client to continue working together.

5. Liability

The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Contractor is not liable for the outcome of the Client applying the recommendations received without regard to their specific circumstances.

6. Final provisions

The Contractor may unilaterally change the terms of this offer. The new version applies to relations arising after its publication on the Site.
