This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of the users of this website (the “Site”) is processed and protected by Vitalina Khristoradova, a self-employed individual (Russian tax ID / INN 650100528480) (the “Operator”).

By using the Site and submitting data through its contact forms, the user consents to the terms of this Policy in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (Russian Federation).

2. What data we collect

• surname and first name;
• contact details: phone number, Telegram username or email address;
• the content of a request sent through the form on the Site;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed in order to:

• book a free diagnostic session and respond to requests;
• conclude and perform service agreements;
• improve the Site and analyse traffic.

4. Processing conditions and transfer to third parties

The Operator processes personal data with and without the use of automation. Data is not transferred to third parties, except where required by the legislation of the Russian Federation and except for the services that power the Site’s forms and analytics.

5. Retention period

Personal data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing require, after which it is destroyed or anonymised.

6. User rights

The user has the right to obtain information about the processing of their personal data, to request its correction, blocking or destruction, and to withdraw consent to processing by sending a request to the email address given in the “Contact” section.

7. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site.
